Howard

Howard is a village in Brown County on the northwest side of the Green Bay metro, bordered by Green Bay to the south and Suamico to the north. It has been one of the faster-growing communities in Northeast Wisconsin for the better part of two decades, adding residential development steadily along its major corridors while maintaining the lower-density feel that draws buyers out of the city in the first place. The village sits along US Highway 41, putting downtown Green Bay about ten minutes south and the broader Fox Valley corridor within straightforward commuting range. 

The commercial base along Velp Avenue and the Highway 41 corridor gives Howard residents solid access to retail, dining, and services without requiring a trip into Green Bay. Development has continued to fill in around the village's established neighborhoods, and newer subdivisions on the northern and western edges offer modern construction at competitive price points relative to comparable product elsewhere in Brown County.
