Rob Metcalf

Rob Metcalf is the Chief Operating Officer at Take Action Realty Group, a licensed real estate agent, a licensed contractor and has had a career that includes music, construction, technical leadership, and manufacturing management. If that sounds like a lot, it is. It also means he has seen enough to know how most things work and how to fix them when they do not.

Rob has a music degree which gave him discipline, an ear for when things are off, and the ability to work with people under pressure. The construction background did the rest.

As COO he keeps the operation running, processes tight, and the team moving in the right direction. He is also a licensed contractor, which means when a flip needs a second set of eyes or a property needs a real assessment, Rob is not guessing.

He is the office big brother. Funny, dependable, and the person who keeps Monte's best ideas from becoming Monte's worst decisions. That is not a small job. He is also the office prankster, so if something seems off, it was probably Rob.

Outside of work he is a husband to Lisa and a dad to two daughters, Anna and Lauren. He loves to tinker, fix things, and figure out how stuff works. At home and at the office, that has never changed.
