About me
Erin Kornely is a Green Bay real estate agent, licensed Transaction Coordinator, and the person at Take Action Realty Group who knows where every contract is, what every deadline means, and exactly what happens if you miss one.
She has spent four years in real estate, the last two as a licensed agent. That order matters. Most agents learn contracts by accident. Erin learned them on purpose.
She also has a genuine eye for design. She helps stage and design Take Action Realty Group's flips, knows what makes a space photograph well, and can walk into a room and see what it should be before anyone else does. If that sounds like Joanna Gaines energy, Erin would not argue with you.
She works with buyers and sellers across Northeast Wisconsin. From offer to closing she keeps every detail on track, communicates clearly, and does not let things fall through the cracks.
She is also the unofficial heart of the brokerage. Biggest fan, loudest cheerleader, and the person everyone goes to when something goes sideways. The team has also nominated Erin as Head of HR. It was unanimous. Monte vetoed it just as fast. If you know Erin, you understand. If you do not know Erin yet, you will.
