About me
Monte Reyment is the broker and owner of Take Action Realty Group, an independent brokerage in Northeast Wisconsin. Licensed in Wisconsin real estate since 2018 and a broker since 2022, he has been involved in more than 400 transaction sides and has overseen more than 40 flips. He works across residential, commercial, and investment real estate from Brown County to Door County, Oshkosh to Marinette.
Before Real Estate
Long before Monte owned a brokerage, he was working with high school student athletes as a recruiting specialist with NCSA Athletic Recruiting. The role was part sales, part motivational speaking, part life coaching. The common thread was helping people make big decisions under pressure with the right information in front of them.
That work shaped how Monte runs Take Action Realty Group. Real estate is not all that different. People are making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. They need a clear head in the room, not a hype man.
How He Got Into Real Estate
Monte got into real estate the way most brokers do not. He bought property before he sold it.
The first deals were his own. Buy a house, run the numbers, fix what needed fixing, decide whether to hold it or sell it. More than 40 flips later, the math became second nature. Cost-subtraction, rehab budgeting, holding costs, exit strategy. Not theory. Lived experience.
The license came in February 2018. The broker license followed in 2022. The brokerage came after that.
That order matters. Most agents learn the market by selling houses. Monte learned it by owning them. When a buyer asks if a property is a good deal, the answer comes from having actually been on both sides of that math.
How Monte Works
Most people hire Monte for listings. He helps homeowners price the property, get it ready for the market, and sell with confidence. The approach is direct and steady. Good data. Smart strategy. No guesswork.
He also works closely with real estate investors and buyers. Short-term rentals, long-term rentals, value-add projects, first-time purchases, land opportunities, small commercial. He breaks things down, keeps expectations realistic, and makes sure every move is intentional.

Outside of Real Estate
Monte lives in Northeast Wisconsin with his wife Shannon. He helps facilitate and run a monthly mastermind for REI Success Group, a real estate investor community with more than 1,700 members and roughly 50 investors at the table each month. For the past seven years he has also volunteered biweekly with GRIT920, a Green Bay program focused on adaptive physical fitness for kids with differing abilities.
When he is not working a deal or walking a property, you will find him fishing, golfing, on a field with friends, traveling, or behind the wheel of the Take Action Realty Group moving truck helping a VIP haul something across town. He also still plays video games. Some hobbies survive the transition to broker-owner. That one did.
